Lettings Manager required for rapidly expanding Independent Estate Agents. The position for the Lettings Manager is based in Watford, Herts., area. This is a new Branch for the company, and would ideally suit someone who has been waiting for a chance to move on up.
The Lettings Manager must have 2 – 3 years proven successful experience in Lettings and be now ready to progress to the next stage in their career.
Salary Package includes – 12 month retainer – Minimum £24k + car – Maximum £30k + car subject to individual.
This is a great first chance to have the responsibility to run your own dept.
